Store pieces in a dry pouch away from direct sunlight, avoid contact with perfume or water where possible, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. We include care instructions with every order.
Timelines depend on complexity, but most custom pieces are ready within 10–15 days, and bridal sets typically need 2–3 weeks. We recommend booking your bridal consultation early during wedding season.
Yes — we ship pan-India with tracked delivery and secure packaging so your pieces arrive exactly as intended.
